Who on earth said a salad had to be healthy???

 

Ingredients

 

· 1 medium bag salad (I like the classic iceberg mix for this salad… who needs nutrients?)

· 1 green bell pepper

· 10 oz pack of frozen green peas

· 2 tbsps sugar

· 1 cup mayonnaise

· 3 eggs boiled

· 4 strips bacon, cooked

· 1.2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Directions

 

1. In a large glass bowl (needs to be glass to see the pretty layers). Lay in the washed and dried salad mixed. Press it down to compact it.

2. Chop the pepper and sprinkle over the salad mix.

3. Loosen peas, and spread them over the pepper.

4. Sprinkle the sugar over the peas. I said two tablespoons, but I like my salad sweet and add an extra one.

5. Cover with mayonnaise.

6. Chop eggs over the mayonnaise.

7. Crumble bacon slices over the egg.

8. Cover with cheese.

9. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
