Grayson is a writer of many types of fiction but she focuses on romance and fantasy works. She recently began a paranormal romance series called The Delicious Dark Side. She also has a dark urban fantasy work called Bright Star that you can preview in the Speculative Fiction section. See the new trailers for this April 6 print release below.

Grayson’s Updates
June 28, 2009
· I recently wrote a little piece about the background of The Builder, read it here.
· OK, so I must confess. I have a book coming out in December 2009. It used to be called The Chemist, now it’s untitled and the story has changed significantly. While this is a good thing, it puts me in a bit of a puzzle. I don’t have a title or cover yet except for the old material. So do I leave that up? Or do I take it down and wait? Decisions, Decisions. I think I’ll leave all as is until I have something to replace it with.

· What would an update be without me mentioning my May 18, 2009 release, The Builder. It’s a contemporary romance with a lot of heart and just a little bit of mystery. It has received a lovely review from You Gotta Read Reviews. Roberta says: Without giving anything away, there are some twists and turns in the plot that will leave you breathless. The author will also tug at your heart strings in places. A few times I could feel the onset of tears. Needless to say, I highly recommend this book. You will not be disappointed with this story.

· Hey everybody!
· I just completed edits on The Builder, my May release. The Builder was initially a part of my Delicious Dark Side series, however for a few good reasons, it has been split from the rest of the series. Much of the initial paranormal element in the original version has been eliminated. While that was somewhat sad for me, I have to say that it was really and truly the best for the book and now it is even better than it started out.
· Ever think you need a few more hands? I think I do. I’m trying to plan my projects a bit here lately. By planning, I mean organize the order in which I will attack them. So you can rest assured that I am still writing by the seat of my pants. I don’t think I’ll ever be a plotter. Still, I’m working on Domina, sequel to Bright Star still. I’m also working on A Sharpest Wife. And, I have decided to change my approach on my primary project, Appetite. It’s a deliciously dark, humorous, and sexy take on the Pandora’s Box Mythos.
· I’m blogging about “Lost” today over at Amused Authors, would love to hear your thoughts. I’m just not sure I’m happy with the flashes of light and nose bleeds that have taken over this season.
· Bitten by Books reviewed Bright Star! Here’s a quote “My imagination danced as the story ended. Bright Star is soundly written and entrancing. I was most fascinated by the powers the characters held, each different but uniquely refreshing from the banal talents that you find in movies and TV shows of today. This is an enchanting read.”

· I have started work and am about half way finished with the sequel to Bright Star. Yes, people, you heard it here first! There will be a follow up novel to my dark fantasy opus! Yes, the novel Bright Star is fully self-contained, for those of you who are less than excited by a series, but the novel left so many options for another book, that I absolutely had to begin! The world and the characters seem to have a life of their own! Click here to get an idea of what’s to come...
· I am also working to finish The Delicious Dark Side: The Attorney which is Rich and Mindy’s story. This one’s a scorcher and we finally get to see more about what makes Kenya tick!
· Anyone besides me overly excited about the prospect of the day after Thanksgiving shopping opportunities?
· I have a serial WIP I’ve started on Sundays over at the Amused Authors blog. It’s called “A Sharpest Wife” and is a somewhat dark paranormal romance… We’ll see where it goes.
