Grayson is a writer of many types of fiction but she focuses on romance and fantasy works. She recently began an African-American paranormal romance series called The Delicious Dark Side. She also has a dark urban fantasy worked called Bright Star that you can preview in the Speculative Fiction section.
Grayson also enjoys painting and art, see some of her work and some other originals in the Art section.

Grayson’s Updates
June 22, 2008
· Sooo…. I now have a brand new cover for Bright Star. Yup. I know… I know. I think this is the last one, though.
· Since I’ve put up a fresh new cover for my opus… I have also added a sneak preview of the novel over on the fiction page. Go ahead. Click on the cover and check it out.
· I’ve also done my very first trailer!!! YAY, YAY, YAY! I will probably be doing several over the summer as we get closer to the release date for Bright Star. Check it out below!

· Hi there, hope your Memorial Day (if you celebrated it) was lovely. Mine was pretty good and, of course I cooked the majority of Sunday, and tried to enjoy the spoils of my labor into a very relaxed Monday.
· Currently, I’m trying to finish off my edits of Bright Star. People, honestly, the more I work on it, the more I’m excited about it. This novel has to be the most complex I’ve ever completed and y’all already know I’m a complicated girl. I’m going to put up some more excerpts from it very soon, so you can share in my excitement.
· I’m still working on getting a new home for my Delicious Dark Side series. Keep your fingers crossed that my latest connection pans out well. · Also, check out the new recipes and pictures I’ve posted.

· Quick update folks! I’m thrilled to say that my release date for Bright Star has been moved up to October. These are exciting times!

· It’s May and while my next release (in print mind you) is not due out until December of this year, I am toiling these days! Lots of edits, lots of brainstorming, lots of writing. Currently, I’m polishing Bright Star. The novel has a lot of layers, a lot of nuances, and a lot of intense moments. I can’t wait for it to come out so I can see what everyone else thinks of it.
· I’ve added some new recipes and new pictures here and there, so take a load off, take a tour. As always, I’m glad you stopped by!

· Wow… lots of news. I have to announce that sadly, the first company to publish me, Dark Eden Press, will be closing its doors on Tuesday, April 1, 2008. It’s an unfortunate event and I wish the owners and staff well in their further endeavors. What does that mean for me and you? Well, it means that we are finding a new home for the books I’ve published and those that were slated to come. Please hang tight with me, the books will be made available very soon.
· My dark fantasy novel, Bright Star, will soon have a new release date and will be published by the wonderful people at Lyrical Press. Thank you LPI for taking on this project! I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep the cover featured below and on the speculative fiction page, if not, the new one will still definitely be very cool. · I’d like to say a big thank you for the response to my novel The Chemist. I’m glad that you are enjoying this novel! If you have seen the ad in Realms of Fantasy, please be stick with me. The novel will be with a new home very soon!

· Hello everyone, it’s been a little while since I’ve provided updates. My sincerest apologies, I’ve just had a ton of things to do from having tons of guests at my house over the past two weeks and working on writing, edits, and a few other major projects. So again, know that I’m around and that I appreciate you!
· Excitement abounds!!! I am now ready to unveil the new cover for my dark fantasy novel Bright Star! Bright Star will be available for mass consumption on May 15, 2008 at Dark Eden Press and I have just received my *fantastic* new cover. Here’s a small iteration. You can see a bigger version over on the speculative fiction page.
· The Realms of Fantasy ad should hit bookshelves around April 8th, YAY!!!
· Congratulations to RaeLynn Blue, a wonderful author, and winner of my Coffee Time Romance challenge. I hope she enjoys her painting!

· Hi folks!!! Guess what! I have a new villain … well Bright Star is not really a villain… but she is a very, very complex character. She really does have everyone’s best interest at heart… Kat Haeske, a very, very, very wonderful artist made her for me. Do you like her? I have an intense close up of her over on the fiction page.

· Guess what! The Chemist has already received its first review! It’s not posted yet, so I won’t say anything other than it was a *good* review!

· I am quite excited to announce that The Delicious Dark Side (DDS) will have its very own ad in the June Issue of Realms of Fantasy magazine. I think the issue comes out in April so watch for it.
· It’s been awhile since I added art or new recipes. There’s a seven layer salad over there and a new acrylic painting of … what else?... Flowers. But this one isn’t for me! It’s a special request that I did for a friend and she wanted flowers.
· By the way, I’m also going to have a little excerpt up at sormag.com sometime the beginning of March. I’m really looking forward to that.

· The date is fast approaching for The Delicious Dark Side: The Chemist to be out for electronic purchase. I’m very excited to have this story come to life for you readers. It’s great to share a good story with y’all! In case you’re wondering about the cover, I did it myself, with my own fair hands. I love it, how about you? There will also be an ad for The Chemist featured in Realms of Fantasy Magazine’s June issue, yay!
